 Apr. 1920 Incorporation of Taiheiyo Coal Mining Co., Ltd. by merging Kimuragumi Kushiro Coal Mining and Mitsui Mining Co., Ltd.
 May 1946 Start of drilling in the seabed at Harutori Pit, marking the first step in seabed coal mining.
 May 1949 Stock offered on Tokyo Stock Exchange Market.
 Apr. 1967 Established Taiheiyo Kouhatsu Incorporated for entry into real estate business.
 Jun. 1968 The first allotment sale of condominium in Tokyo of Pacific Togoshi Mansion.
 May. 1969 Joint venture development with Mitsui Fudosan and allotment sale of Tokorozawa Residential Land.
 Jun. 1970 The first allotment sale of condominium in Sapporo of Pacific Sapporo No.1 Mansion.
 Nov. 1970 Spin-off of the coal mining division and merger of the old Taiheiyo Kouhatsu into the current Taiheiyo Kouhatsu Incorporated.
The corporate name changed to Taiheiyo Kouhatsu Incorporated at this time.

 Apr. 2006 Established Taiheiyo Silver Service Hokkaido Co., Ltd.
 May. 2007 Acquired a part of Taiheiyo Coal Service and Transportation Co., Ltd.'s stock, and Obtained the company and its subsidiary as subsidiaries.
